3. Fees and Payment

Fees are set out in the applicable proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice.

4. Intellectual Property

Deliverables created specifically for a client as part of a paid engagement become the property of the client upon full payment. AL BUSINESS retains ownership of its own pre-existing methodologies and frameworks.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for the relevant project.
