1. Introduction

This Refund Policy explains how AL BUSINESS LLC handles cancellations and refund requests for consulting engagements.

2. Deposits

Engagements typically begin with a deposit as set out in the signed proposal. This secures our team's time for the discovery and planning phase, and is generally non-refundable once work has begun.

3. Milestone-Based Projects

If a milestone is cancelled before work on it has started, any amount paid in advance for that milestone will be refunded. Once work has begun, fees for time already committed are non-refundable.

4. Eligible Refunds

We will consider a full or partial refund where AL BUSINESS fails to deliver the agreed scope of work and the issue cannot be resolved through revision.
